How to use the "select your home" sales platform

Design your dream home today at Huguenot Estate in just a few easy steps.

Our user-friendly “Select Your Home” platform allows you to personalize your living experience from the comfort of your screen. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Click on the “Select Your Home” button located at the top right corner of the website.

Hover your cursor over the Huguenot Estate map. The different phases will light up as you move across the map.
Select the phase you are interested in by clicking on it.

Choose your preferred home from the options available within the selected phase.

Click on the home to open a detailed view. You’ll see a window displaying:
  • Home Price
  • Unit Type
  • Erf Size
  • House Size
  • Number of Bedrooms & Bathrooms
  • Number of Garages

Click on the home image to view additional angles. Use the right arrow to see the back elevation.

At the bottom of the page, click on "Select Options".

Choose your finishes and extras from the available options to personalize your home.
Once your selections are complete, click the black "Download Quote" button at the bottom right.

A new window will open. Enter your details and click "Save".

The system will then generate your personalized brochure. Click "Download PDF" to open and save your quote.

Check your inbox - you’ll receive an email with your personalized brochure and quote, which you can share with family and friends.
